AnswerBoom Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnswerBoom platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are provided by JuvoLabs Inc. a company registered at 5400 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612, United States ("JuvoLabs," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber," "Customer," or "you") and JuvoLabs Inc.

By creating an account, using the Services, or accessing the AnswerBoom platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

AnswerBoom is a voice communications platform that provides AI-powered call handling and optional human receptionist services. The Services may include:

  • AI-powered call answering
  • Hybrid AI + human call handling
  • Human receptionist services
  • Call routing and transfers
  • Lead qualification
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Call recordings and transcripts
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Integrations with third-party systems and more

Services may be provided through software interfaces, telephony integrations, dashboards, APIs, and other tools.

JuvoLabs may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

3. AI System Functionality and Limitations

The Services utilize artificial intelligence systems to process voice communications and respond to callers. Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses due to factors including but not limited to:

  • Speech recognition limitations
  • Accents or language variations
  • Environmental noise
  • Incomplete or ambiguous caller input
  • AI reasoning limitations
  • Third-party AI model behavior

AI-generated responses should not be interpreted as professional advice.

Subscribers acknowledge that the Services are assistive technologies and that final responsibility for how the Services are used within their business remains with the Subscriber.

JuvoLabs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.

4. Human-in-the-Loop Services

Certain subscription plans may include optional human receptionist involvement or call escalation to live agents.

Human assistance availability may depend on service configuration, plan tier, or operational availability.

JuvoLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted human agent availability unless explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

5. Account Registration

To use the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Service Plans and Billing

AnswerBoom offers subscription-based service plans including AI receptionist services, hybrid AI + human receptionist services, and human receptionist services. Plans may include:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Usage allowances measured in number of calls
  • Additional per-call charges for usage beyond plan limits

Current pricing and plan details are described on the AnswerBoom website and may change at any time.

By subscribing to the Services, you authorize JuvoLabs to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, usage charges, and applicable taxes.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Call Counting

For billing purposes, a "Call" refers to any inbound or outbound telephone interaction processed by the AnswerBoom platform, including interactions handled by AI agents or human receptionists.

Call counting and usage calculations are determined using JuvoLabs system logs and platform analytics.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Subscribers are responsible for configuring the Services appropriately for their business operations. Subscribers must ensure that:

  • Callers are informed when calls may be recorded
  • Callers are informed when interacting with AI systems when required by law
  • Use of the Services complies with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws

Subscribers remain solely responsible for the content of calls handled through the platform.

9. Telecommunications and Compliance

Subscribers agree to comply with all applicable laws related to telephony, marketing, and communications, including but not limited to:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • FCC telemarketing regulations
  • Do Not Call registry requirements
  • Any applicable state or federal telecommunication regulations

Subscribers are responsible for obtaining all legally required caller consents. JuvoLabs is not responsible for Subscriber misuse of the platform.

10. Call Recording and Transcription

The Services may record and transcribe calls. Subscribers acknowledge that recordings and transcripts may be stored by the platform, call data may be accessible through the dashboard, and recordings may be retained until deleted.

Subscribers are responsible for obtaining consent from callers when required by law.

11. Data Usage and Service Improvement

JuvoLabs may use interaction data generated through the Services to operate, improve, and develop the platform. Interaction data may include call transcripts, call metadata, usage patterns, and system performance data.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JuvoLabs may use such data to improve AI models, train systems, and enhance service performance.

Subscribers may request limitations on such usage through written notice.

12. Confidentiality

JuvoLabs will implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Subscriber data.

Subscriber data will not be sold to third parties. Access to Subscriber data is limited to personnel and systems necessary to provide the Services.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers including telephony providers, cloud hosting providers, artificial intelligence model providers, and analytics providers.

JuvoLabs is not responsible for outages, failures, or performance issues caused by third-party systems.

14. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, models, and technology underlying the Services remain the exclusive property of JuvoLabs.

Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services during the subscription period. Subscribers may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the platform without written authorization.

15. Acceptable Use

Subscribers may not use the Services for illegal telemarketing or robocalling, impersonation or fraud, harassment or abusive communications, transmitting illegal content, or interfering with platform security.

JuvoLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

16. Termination

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." JuvoLabs makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI responses, or suitability for specific business purposes.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuvoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data.

The total liability of JuvoLabs for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Subscriber during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

19. AI Decision and Hallucination Limitation

Artificial intelligence systems used by the Services may generate outputs that appear authoritative but may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Subscribers acknowledge that AI-generated responses are probabilistic outputs and may contain errors.

JuvoLabs shall not be liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated responses.

Subscribers are responsible for reviewing and supervising how AI-generated interactions are used within their business processes.

20. Indemnification

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuvoLabs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Services, violations of law, failure to obtain caller consent, or content of calls handled through the platform.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

22. Changes to Terms

JuvoLabs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
